INSTALLATION & PAIRING

Three essential steps.

Installation

With the power supply isolated, mount ER163CT on a 35 mm DIN rail and have N, L and the transformer leads connected by a qualified electrician. Open the split-core current transformer, position it around the live conductor and close it securely.

App

Download GEYER Smart and connect the phone to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.

Pairing

Press and hold the device button for about 5 seconds until the green indicator LED flashes rapidly, then add ER163CT in the app. A momentary switch at C1/C2 can also initiate pairing.

ELECTRICAL SAFETYInstallation and electrical connection must be performed by a qualified electrician, with the power supply isolated and in accordance with the wiring diagram.

WIRING DIAGRAM

Supply and split-core current transformer.

With the power supply isolated, connect N and L to the supply terminals and the transformer leads to terminals 1 and 2. Open the split-core current transformer, position it around the live conductor and close it securely. C1/C2 are intended for an optional momentary pairing switch.

No. ER163CT is intended for energy measurement and does not provide a relay output for remote load switching.

No. The live conductor passes through the external split-core current transformer.

No. It connects to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
