This Privacy Policy applies to the GEYER Smart website. The data controller is GEYER HELLAS S.A., with registered office in Drosia, Chalkida, 34100, Greece ("GEYER Hellas", "we" or "the Company"). The contact forms are provided through Jotform. When you open or submit a form, information is transmitted to Jotform and processed under its applicable privacy terms. Jotform may also receive technical information and use technologies necessary to provide the embedded form.

We may share data, only when necessary, with authorised personnel, IT and hosting providers, professional advisers, public authorities where required by law, and other processors acting on our documented instructions. We do not sell or rent personal data.
